SMART STAT offers students and faculty the opportunity to simulate the necessary tasks to develop critical thinking skills. This tireless, tetherless 75-lb. (34 kg) adult patient simulator operates using Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® technology. Programming skills are not needed to operate this simulator. Simple control screens provide fast, user-friendly operations. The SMART STAT is also portable and has been designed for economical use. The SMART STAT simulator's rugged construction provides durability and dependability. The replacement parts are inexpensive and will ensure continuous reliable operations.

In the Recording screen, training documentation appears in the "Recordings" and substantiates student performance. Utilizing the "Recordings" feature will establish training and performance history. Creating a new student list and selecting a student's name will easily make that student's performance history available to the operator with just a simple tap. After a recording session, tap the PDF button to make the records available to transfer to a computer for printing, editing, and archiving.

Building custom scenarios can easily be performed with the universal tap-select-tap system. Simply establish a timeline and tap the choices you want the SMART STAT to demonstrate. Once the scenario is built and "Done" is tapped, it is immediately available for use. By using the skills selected for a particular scenario, faculty can track student behavior associated with patient assessment and treatment specifics. The instructor can document student performance with simple checklists for skills performed or "medications" administered. The selections coincide with the chronological list of events that happened during the session and/or the scenario running at that time. The limited product warranty covers one year.
