I received the wrong order due to a misspick. The return procedure following was ridiculous. I spoke with Chantalle, who was extremely helpful, but it went downhill from there. I was told it would be no problem and my order would be shipped 2 day for my inconvenience. I was emailed the return authorization but no shipping label. Chantalle informed me they were working on it. The next day I was informed I would get the shipping label after they did their " investigation" This was no fault of my own, I received 2 AED batteries and being an honest person, told them that. I could have said FU and sold them on e bay for a big profit and just place my order again! Over a week later, I finally got the correct order. Thanks again Chantalle.
