General
What is the difference between a fully automatic and semi-automatic AED?
A semi-automatic AED requires the rescuer to push a button on the AED to deliver a shock when instructed. A fully automatic AED delivers a shock automatically after warning the rescuer and bystanders to stand clear. It counts down, shocks the patient, and then instructs rescuers to resume CPR.
What is CPR feedback?
The real-time CPR feedback technology in ZOLL AEDs guides rescuers on optimal rate and depth of chest compressions through voice, text and visual prompts that help ensure the delivery of high-quality CPR.
