CPR Prompt 100-pack Adult/Child Face-Shield/Lung Bags w/Insertion Tool

I ordered this item, noting that it was a 100 pack. When it was delivered to my house for my Scout Troop, I only received half of the order, 50. I immediately emailed the company and am hoping for a response. This came after having some issues getting the order to go because of tax exempt status but then never being contacted about the issue. Very frustrating.

I ordered this product because the other option for this product was not working well for my classes. The alternative did not stick well so didn't stay in place. I am very dissatisfied with the CPR Prompt Face Shield Lung bags. These bags are hard to separate into a full circle to cover the mouth and they also do not stick well and move around on the students. I have used this product before, years ago, without issue. It appears that the company is now cutting corners on the sticky part of this item. Don't know what to do since I have tried both options in lung bags and neither give stellar performance.
