Overview:
The Basic Life Support (BLS) Course provides the core skills needed to save lives after cardiac arrest. Updated to reflect the latest science in the 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR & ECC, this video-based, instructor-led program trains participants in both single-rescuer and team BLS techniques for use in hospitals, clinics, and prehospital settings.
