Pass the Time and Save a Life
We all seem to have a lot of time on our hands these days. Netflix is fine, but what if you took a few minutes every day to learn something new? Like – Hands Only CPR? Or how to use an AED? We may be biased, but we think knowing CPR and using an AED is one of the most important life skills a person can have. Ideally, getting certified in CPR and AED use is preferred, but since classes are on hold right now due to social distancing, we have put together a list of entertaining and informative videos you can watch to learn Hands Only CPR. We have also included a few videos on how to use AEDs, and one bonus video called “Just a Little Heart Attack” which shows the common symptoms women experience when they have a heart attack.
We hope you are staying safe and sane, and when things are back to normal, we hope these videos will inspire you to take a class and get certified.
