The SPECTRO2â„¢ series of pulse oximeters is the latest line of hand-held devices from Smiths Medical, makers of the BCIâ„¢ brand. The model 10 leads the way with one of the largest displays on the market, durable construction, and easy one-handed operation. It'll even store at least 144 hours of trend data for a combination of all 99 available patient record numbers!
You can be confident of the results from the SPECTRO2 10, too. The pulse amplitude index indicator helps you identify and maintain a good test site for maximum confidence. The sensor is protected and stored in the onboard cradle which reduces damage and replacement costs. It keeps the sensor ready and available for when you need it.
And speaking of sensors, the SPECTRO2 10 is compatible with all BCI sensors and uses the new BCI 20-inch sensor which prevents frustrating cable tangles.
The SPECTRO2 10 will accept the entire line of optional accessories designed for the series. For "power users" there's an optional docking station that also acts as a charger. An attachable printer is a great accessory to print real-time graphical and numerical trends for the patient record. Dress your SPECTRO2 10 with protective rubber "gloves" in several colors. Several power options including AC power, rechargeable lithium batteries, or a USB cable are available.
All SPECTRO2 pulse oximeters are powered by 4 "AA" alkaline batteries (unless you choose one of the power options above) and will power the device for up to 32 hours of use. Rechargeable batteries will power the oximeter for up to 54 hours with a 3-hour recharge time (we knew you were wondering!)
The Smiths Medical SPECTRO2 series of pulse oximeters come with a 3-year factory warranty.
