Overview:

The AHA 2025 Heartsaver® CPR AED Online Key Code provides the online component of the blended-learning Heartsaver CPR AED course. Updated to reflect the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR & ECC, this interactive program combines videos, audio, and hands-on activities to teach essential CPR and AED skills. After completing the online portion (about two hours), participants attend an instructor-led skills session for practice and testing. Successful completion of both segments earns a Heartsaver CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.

Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn to:

• Understand how high-quality CPR improves survival outcomes

• Identify the links in the Chain of Survival

• Recognize when CPR is needed

• Perform adult CPR alone or as part of a team

• Provide effective breaths using mouth-to-mouth or a barrier device for adults, children, and infants

• Operate an AED for adults (child and infant modules optional)

• Assist a choking adult, child, or infant
