Overview:

The AHA 2025 Heartsaver Basic First Aid/CPR/AED Online course provides flexible, self-paced training in essential first aid, CPR, and AED skills. Ideal for anyone who needs a completion card but not OSHA or regulatory certification, this course reflects the latest 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR & ECC. Students complete the interactive online modules and then attend a separate, hands-on skills session with an AHA Instructor (purchased separately).

Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn to:

• Deliver high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants

• Provide effective rescue breaths with a mask or mouth-to-mouth

• Use an AED safely and correctly for all ages

• Recognize and respond to choking in adults, children, and infants

• Identify and manage heart attack, breathing problems, severe bleeding, shock, and stroke

• Remove protective gloves safely and control bleeding with proper bandaging

• Use an epinephrine pen

• Understand basic illness/injury recognition, healthy lifestyle tips, and legal considerations
