This Upgrade Kit REQUIRES you use an infrared (IrDA) port (which allows your computer to communicate with the LIFEPAK CR Plus AED) to perform the upgrade. If you don't already own an IrDA adapter (many laptops have them built in), you can purchase one from the AED Superstore! The Physio-Control LIFEPAK CR® Plus Upgrade CD includes the following items: LIFEPAK CR Plus AED v3.0 Software Update CD (Windows XP SP2 Required) cprMAX 1.5 Labels (25 labels included in kit) LIFEPAK CR Plus AED Quick Reference Card (2 cards included in kit) Upgrade Instructions This Upgrade Kit will allow you to upgrade unlimited LIFEPAK CR Plus AEDs! NOTE: Upgrading the AED's software takes approximately 15 minutes and will deplete the internal battery by approximately 5%.
